Our goal is to provide exceptional healthcare in a warm and caring environment. We have two locations to serve you. Our main office is located in Canton, GA. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Our second location is located in Jasper, GA and it is open Tuesday afternoons 1:00pm – 4:30pm.
