Dr. Michael Shotwell

Michael W. Shotwell graduated from Medical College of Georgia in August, Georgia in 1988. He completed his residency at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and earned his MD in 1986. Dr. Shotwell was in private practice for 13 years and joined Dr. Dua at Meridian Surgical in 2010. He is Board Certified by the American Board of General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. Dr. Shotwell resides in Canton, GA with his wife and children. He enjoys treating his patients with special care and concern. He sees patients in the Jasper, Woodstock and Canton locations. Dr. Shotwell is affiliated with Northside Cherokee, Northside Forsyth, and Piedmont Mountainside.
